We want your experience with Rahr & Sons Brewing Company to be an adventure!

Whether it’s a new beer presented by our brewers during a Wednesday Tour & Tasting, a food and beer pairing at an upscale restaurant, or a down-home football watching party to support the home team, we’re hopeful you’ll have a lot a fun with us and maybe learn a thing or two about beer at the same time.

Join the Rahr Posse

The Rahr Posse is a loose band of people dedicated to the support of this little brewery in Fort Worth, Texas.

You can join by Subscribing to our mailing list, becoming a fan on Facebook, or following us on Twitter. You’ll get the first word about events, information about new beers, and you’ll get to see what people mean when they talk about Fritz Rahr’s excessive use of exclamation points!!!!!

Brewery Update

We're used to being known as North Texas' national award-winning brewery. Now we're getting used to names like "The Sunny Brewery" and "The Topless Brewery."

We think this picture explains our new nicknames quite well:

The good news is that what appears to be devastating is, in truth, progress. Out with the old roof, in with the new!

We do not have plans for a Wednesday "On the Road" tasting this week, but we will be out-n-about on Saturday. Check back here for more details in a day or two.

Cheers!

Latest Brewery News

It all started with a groundhog.

After Punxsutawney Phil promised six more weeks of winter, Fritz Rahr decided to bribe the ‘weather gods’ into delivering sunny, blue skies by releasing our spring seasonal, Bucking Bock, early.

That didn’t work out so well.

It looks as if Mother Nature herself reached right into our brewery in an attempt to get her own free sample of Bucking Bock.

We are currently roofless and, as a result, operations are completely down. The good news is that we’re really good at weathering difficulties (pun completely intended) and we’ll be back up-n-running in no time.

We don’t have a solid timeline yet, since we’re still assessing the damage – but we will be producing beer as soon as possible (weather gods and Mother Nature willing).

We are grateful beyond words that no one was in the brewery when this happened. We lost some beer, but everyone is safe and that’s all that matters.
